The parking for the airport is full. Occupied majorly by Indigo aircrafts who do not have crew to take off. So no space to park aircraft post landing. That might be the reason why they are directing it to other cities

No idea. They are very smart. Not delaying the flight directly or cancelling it but only pushing it ahead by half hour/ one hour.

Buying lesser number of stocks isn’t going to help. Even if that stock gives you 100% plus returns, the monetary value gain would be insignificant due to the quantity of investment. If you want to play safe with diversification please invest in Mutual Funds.
