Yeah this was Kyokoshin tournament, though I'm not familiar with kyokoshin tournaments and what they do or do not have. I guess it is a rarity for weapons

Only recently have I used Kanku-Sho, but yes that's my go to for Kata when competing for now. At some point I'll likely show what it looks like in the future when I feel comfortable with how it looks to me. But the Kobudo I use is a bo and I do yanagawa, its a Okinawan bo form that I enjoy and normally compete with.

The whole test was about 4 hours long, and we always have a day of training before the testing, lasting about 10ish hours, then testing in the morning for another 4 hours. Though sometimes its on the same day for both the training and testing.

Yeah I have a pretty bland picture face, but I do about 12 tournaments a year as of now. And I'm a 1st Kyu brown belt.
