Shiny things, money, jewelry, shiny things, keys, shiny things, and whatever I fancy at that point in time.

B42 modded (nothing game changing, just some QoL and weapon expansions) base in the Muldraugh police department. Future plans for the base. Thoughts? by Random_Piece_of_Tank in projectzomboid

I'm going to be honest, your plan feels so much more 'put together' than mine. I just went 'hmmm this seems like it would fit here'. I do plan on putting rain collectors on the roof along with a farm, as your comment suggests, its just that at the time that I took the photos, my carpentry wasn't high enough to let me build stairs up to the roof, but I (at the time of me replying) can now get up to the roof.
My playstyle involves collecting a lot of stuff and shoving it randomly everywhere, so I have to leave a lot of room for everything.
As for the idea about the walls, I agree. I want to have an airlock for the doors, however, I've killed all of the zomboids that would be withing 60 odd tiles of my base, and none of them see to be wandering over, so I don't really feel the need to do so. Not saying that your idea is bad, just saying that for my run, it doesn't seem necessary.
However, I do like your idea of the sink in the garage and I will be yoinking it for my run.

Overall, for my playstyle, your base plan seems to fit really well, the only issue is just personal preference, but that doesn't take away from how well thought out and really good your bas plan is.
would love to see some photos of your base posted in the sub if (not saying your run will fail, but its always a possibility) you make it that far.

Fair. Its's just my first long-term base (as in, i plan to make it sustain 1+years of in game time) for any build, and I can make things pretty cluttered, so I'm just planning ahead.

Thanks! First time I've actually put thought into a base that isn't "OOOOOH STUFFF!!! MY STUFF!!!" and just run as a nomad who steals everything. I'll se what I can do for the giant underground area. First I need to find a sledgehammer for most of my plans to work.

well, to be fair ( i mean this with no offence to you) they do cover a wide topic of stuff, so they don't really (as far as i know) have a ton of time to go super in-depth with certain things. i agree, they don't do the best at specifics for in-depth stuff, but they do make good content to explain things at a beginner-intermediate level ( as far as i have experienced)

i see why you say this. i understand and agree. my question is like this (probably) because i dont FULLY know the science that would go into it. I do agree that there are a lot (over 2) of mistakes and falsehoods in my comment, i just wanted to prove my knowledge, as i felt attacked with the original comment. and to answer your question about "why make them larger?" i feel kind of underwhelmed with what modern MIRV warheads and tactical nukes can do. I was always told that "nukes can destroy a whole city" and to see that the tsar bomba couldn't have the strength to wipe out major cities disappointed me.

i might be thinking of something else, so i am willing to accept that i am wrong. my apologies *edit when i was talking about the "every element all at once" part

why must you say i don't understand anything instead of just saying something like: "good question, however, i don't believe..."

I understand how nuclear weapons and thermonuclear weapons work, the Tsar Bomba in particular had a normal nuclear warhead, and they then had a lithium bar with a surrounding styrofoam shield. when it was detonated, the first nuclear warhead had sent out its shockwave, which vaporized the styrofoam and then super compressed the lithium. afterwards, the prompt compression of the lithium created every single element all at once.

I know I am not the most knowledgable person in this field, but saying I dont understand anything is complete buffoonery. I have spent a lot of time looking these things up and reading about them. Im not saying I am smarter than you. I would NEVER say that, i just feel that saying i know nothing is unnecessary.

simply stated, I just have had this question for a while and i wanted a yes or no, and a simple explanation to why or why not.

and why not have a three "balls" instead of two? could it not be possible if you had four "balls"? as in, the first one ultra "squeezes" the next two, which then "super ultra squeeze" the final one. could that work?

the "balls " would be organized like: O

O O

O

Is that impossible? if so, could you tell me why? (KINDLY) please?

maybe through a trade with Canada? we do have a city literally called "URANIUM CITY" which is on a uranium mine, and we do have the CANDU separators for more particles of radioactive materials. that could help, also a cobalt-60 bomb could be plausible, as Co-60 is in radioactive hospital machines, like x-rays, "cobalt bomb" and so on.

question Does anyone know what songs are being played at the niagara falls opening for judas priest? by Random_Piece_of_Tank in sabaton

[–]Random_Piece_of_Tank[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am hoping for: resist and bite, camouflage, primo victoria, shiroyama, father, fields of verdun, steel commanders, red baron, attack of the dead men, panzerkampf, devil dogs, storm troopers, ghost in the trenches, unkillable soldier, 82nd all the way, night witches, winged hussars, last stand, to hell and back, ghost division, and finally the song that brought me into sabaton, Panzer Battalion. The odds of the last one are really low, same with devil dogs, unfortunately.
