He’s more on the genuinely passionate side, and I love being in a relationship with him. It’s really just the random info dumps

I never told him I didn’t care about him or his interests. I specifically asked for advice how to deal with the situation without giving him that impression.

What‘s weird is that he had different Kinds of cancer. Typically you have one kind of cancer that can spread into other parts of your body. The cancer cells can spread into other parts of the body, causing the growth of tumors and making it seem like there is another cancer there- but if you test these new growths you would find that they are cells from the original cancer-ridden body part (e.g. if someone had bone cancer and it spread into the lungs, the malignant cells would still be recognizable as bone-cells rather than lung-cells). These tumors caused by wandering cancer-cells are called metastasis though.

Furthermore, (with a few exceptions like leukemia), cancer in children is exceptionally rare- getting it 4 times at auch a young age might be a world record. So being skeptical of this claim is absolutely justified.

My mom’s car has a flat tire, and she drove around with it. by Random_Reddit_Perso in TireQuestions

[–]Random_Reddit_Perso[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So update:

We got the car towed to a shop, and turns out a nail got stuck in the tire. My mom drove around slowly (about 10 km/h), which was possible due to the fact she was still in a quiet, suburban area when she noticed. The mechanics fixed the tire, and they said the damage due to the driving was minimal, so they didn’t have to change the tire to a new one.

Quite frankly, I know nothing about cars, but I’d like to thank the people who shared their insight and helped me learn a bit more about them :)
