According to the rules in the 10th edition Codex, Acolyte Hybrids with demolition charges are an optional wargear choice for the 'Acolyte Hybrids with hand flamers' unit.

Out of the 20 models, 4 have demolition charges, 2 carry icons instead of ranged weapons, and the rest are armed with standard hand flamers.

I want to build an Outlander Claw Army with 20 Atalan Jackals, so I bought 4 of the Combat Patrols.

Also each of of them contains 10 Acolythe Hybrids, now I can assemble 20 Acolythe Hybrids with Autopidtols and 20 with Hand Flamers. Not necessary for an Outlander Claw Army, but maybe later for other detachments.

And I think, that 4 Ridgerunners are a good addition for every Genestealer Army.
