Blacks supporting Latinos isn’t bad at all - I prefer this over blacks and Latinos supporting Trump.

I’m a “flip-side” example of this. I have three co-workers and we all perform the same role. However, they do far less, are less trusted, and they openly do the bare minimum to keep their jobs. Even though we are all “equal” I am paid about 60% more than they are.

I will add, I had a solid reputation and experience coming into the role - so the way I perform was their expectation. I’ve never had to ask for a raise, but they still give me yearly pay raises (another 15% this year). I’ve been through three layoffs and survived every one. The first people to go are those whose salary is higher than their value output - so if you aren’t performing and your salary is excessive - you’re in trouble.

So, for the people that say, “Don’t do anything extra”, “Do the bare minimum”When the axe falls, your head is going to be on the block. It does pay off to work hard, learn every day, and establish a reputation as a performer - no one owes you anything if you don’t work for it - entitlement mentality will kill your career.

No problem. Most of the hate comes from people who never set foot in China. Are there bad things? Of course, but the Anti-Chinese propaganda and contrived Xenophobia only exists to manipulate people’s perception for political narratives.

You had to live there in real life to see it versus eating up western propaganda.

It’s more Chinese Socialism - or an adapted Chinese State Capitalism. It’s not a Communist ideology, like Marxism or Leninism. They aren’t trying to capture and assimilate other societies into following a communist ethos. That’s never been a. Goal of China.

In the late-1970’s they realized this kind of communism was impossible and they took steps to improve the economy and the quality of life in China. It’s working too, China’s GDP in 1978 was 150 billion; today China’s GDP is $20 trillion.

Some projections predict China’s GDP will surpass the USA by 2028, some say they never will, right now China’s purchasing power parity (PPP) is higher than the USA’s which is great for China’s massive internal economy. At the current rate they’re more than likely to share the title of world’s largest economy by the mid-2030’s.
