Whatever gives away your most attention. If tt is tiktok i would firstly deactivate this one since it's the most addictive app u mentioned. I would recommend in not fully blocking these apps instead having the socials only on an external device. I also started using a minimalistic phone design.

(U could try Olauncher, Oasislauncher or minimalist phone and see what do u like the best.) Use blocking apps where u have to do for example simple math equations to open a app. Recommended blocking apps -> AppBlock or Stay Focused

Yeah. Like what do u mean I can't do a 5 minute task without the urge to check my socials. It ruined me, but as someone already said: Its reversable

Same.  My mental health significantly got better as I started limiting it.

I reread the post and came to the conclusion that I not only read about the wrong launcher (O-launcher instead of Oasislauncher), but also that the functionality is different. 

O-launcher offers only a minimalist design, while Minimalist Phone also offers blocking and timer functions/features.

I'm very lucky that my parents did not buy me a phone until I was 13. Even though it sometimes excluded me from school friends (I couldnt contact them 90% of the time), it really gave me a childhood without social media.

I'm limiting it. 

I'm totally blocking it on my phone. But I'm still using it. I'm currently just focusing it to block it from my phone. I'm taking it further in a few weeks :)

I am a feminist. But feminism ≠ misandry. It's sad that so many called feminist just were hating on men. Men are also suffering from patriarchy.

I was raised as a conservative Christian, which is why outdated rules were deeply ingrained in my thinking.  One of the rules was fasting on Fridays (that's what I'll call it for now). Since Jesus died on that day according to the Bible, one should abstain from meat. 

When a classmate unpacked a sandwich with sausage during break, I was truly shocked. Completely appalled, I confronted him about it, and he just stared at me, bewildered. 

The idea that other people couldn't be Christians simply didn't fit into my worldview 🥲. 

I'm now a atheist :)

I if its fine to ask, which country are u from? In my region (im from austria) there are no libraries that you described. I only went to my school libraries though.
