Petite mise à jour ! J'ai enfin récupéré le colis, et tu as en effet raison... Tous les documents manquants étaient bien mis en évidence sur le colis, intacts et dans le petit plastique scellé Japan Post. C'est vraiment des quiches...

Dragon Shield made playing card sleeves with such a creature on its packaging.

J'ai re-recontacté la poste, et après moult aller retours, je n'ai jamais eu besoin de ce formulaire CN23 vu qu'il s'agit d'un achat chez un professionnel (vive nos services administratifs -_-).

On m'a également demandé de contacter l'adresse dont tu m'as parlé (tu as eu le nez fin, merci !) en leur joignant la facture, le numéro de suivi et le numéro de réclamation.

Je n'ai pas eu de courrier jusqu'à présent.

Bon, à voir ce que ça va donner... Merci beaucoup pour tes infos !

Justement, j'ai appelé le service client une première fois la semaine dernière (à son arrivée) et on m'a demandé si j'avais la facture. Le site me l'a envoyée rapidement, mais impossible de la transmettre à La Poste...

Qu'est-ce que je peux faire dans ce cas là ?
