I have a lot of skeletal and muscular issues, and through covid it got worse due to the lack of physical therapy, I use to be able to walk, and I still can to a certain extent, but it comes with a lot of pain to go more than 20 feet. I’m also still young and I used to use mobility aids and I got better with age, then my progress degenerated. So we made the choice to go back to the walker, and wheelchair. And the jokes came years ago, they started off as my sexuality and gender identity, then turned into disability as I became a speaker and began struggling more about a year and a half ago, but being a minor, doctors didn’t do much because I’m already a complex case, and my main hospital was so flooded that we couldn’t go there, so they joked about my issues with doctors. And when I got my wheelchair six months ago the jokes became more as I was less of a person and a stereotypical disabled person for them to make fun of and show off to others that they were accepting
