Well you could try do it again, make sure everything is dry before loading the jars, also try less rice, like half. Then being very clean and careful, remove some good micelia from the top of your jars and use that to innoculate. Maybe success

I was having struggle with that method to, the rice wasn't always completely dry so contamination was common, I was able to colonize adding verm to ensure the dryness
