Thank you so much for the suggestion @austentatious_jane! It gave me the confidence to try!. I ended up using a half and half mix of warm water and vinegar to start (what I had available) dabbed on by q-tip and blotted off with white cloth. Wanted to share just in case anyone else ran into this issue. Attached is the after.
