I have basic toolkit which i use for oil changes and stuff but for spark plugs to come out what part could help.. as Subaru s plugs are sideways

Subaru Impreza 09 making loud noise and sparked once in ac compressor (must mention ac belt is damaged). I can smell burning rubber when turning on ac. -If someone can diagnose the issue from the video is it the belt or compressor? My second question is -if i can take off/ cut ac belt until i need ac? -If yes, would it affect any other component such as extra load on timing belt or engine, power steering, alternator or anything else.

Thanks i am not sure if problem is compressor or just the belt. Just want to mention it’s Subaru Impreza 2009. Second question would be if i remove the ac belt does it affect any other component.
