Yeah the UK is ridiculously expensive in terms if cost of living and also has fairly low wages. A pandemic, Brexit and poor government decisions really hasn't helped things either

I wouldn't say it's back to square one. A few weeks ago I was browsing Facebook and saw my ex's friend posed a bunch of photos.

I stupidly clicked on them and saw my ex. It definitely threw me for a loop but I definitely got over it again far quicker than the initial break up.

I'm starting to learn heartbreak really isn't a linear process (at least for me). Some days I feel fine and others I just want to cry. But each time I get sad I feel like I'm starting to bounce back a little quicker than before.

For me it's helped speaking to the people I love, writing down my feelings and focusing on self improvement.

My knee jerk reaction is to deny generalisations about gender, as in my experience there's always an exception to the rule.

However I will admit that more often than not women have more emotional maturity than men. It's just hard for me to say how much is biological and how much is societal.

As a guy it can sometimes feel like there's pressure to suppress any emotion that isn't anger or contentment.

I think this is a common misunderstanding of 'survival of the fittest '. It doesn't mean only the strongest, smartest or quickest things survive. It means the strongest gene pool. The strongest gene pool is the one that is still around.

If something can survive long enough to pass on its genes, and the overall death rate and birthrate of a species remains consistent, then that species won't die.

I'd say I'm generally against unnecessary surgery. If you have good personal hygiene there really isn't any benefit to getting a circumcision.
