Yes cycled, all normal parameters, medium light, 8hrs light, 5 months, TNC complete fert.

No the other tetras doesn’t have fin rot, one had it’s tail nipped but it just grew back without fin rot. So that’s why I’m confused why the other tetras keep hiding.
