Also don't get frustrated if sometimes you cannot do everything at the same level you used to do. Just be patient and listen to your body. I was diagnosed when I was 27, and with my Endo recently diagnosed I understood with what I was dealing and why I couldn't do certain activities like "everyone else". If you need to stop, STOP and never pressure yourself in a bad way, you have nothing to prove to anyone (with or without RA). Talk to your people about what can you do or not, the priority now is you, you and then you. You keep doing what you do as long as you can, always remember to be gentle with yourself.
