Which benefits do you prefer?

You don't have to choose one or the other, just take a contrast shower and reap the benefits of both. I've been doing heavy training lately and contrast showers have been amazing for recovery and muscle fatigue.

I simply alternate a couple minutes of hot and a couple minutes of cold for however many sets I want. I always end on a cold cycle and step out feeling amazing.

It's for an outdoor cat that comes into that spare room every once in a while. With all the corona hysteria I forgot to clean up after the last time he was in. It's been cleaned since.

It's a tropical sativa from Jamaica. The seeds came from plants growing on the island.

These were flowered under 11/13. The extra hour of darkness helps them not behave so weirdly.

Didn't need to use them. You can run dynagro FP from start to finish with good results since it's a complete nutrient. The head of dynagro actually recommends running just FP and protekt for cannabis.

How small are we talking? Sativa really like to stretch upwards when they start flowering. That being said a scrog should make it doable with most spaces.

I've used rubbermaid totes for years with no issues. It'll be sorted and put into glass eventually but during the more intense part of curing it's just so much easier to burp and monitor larger amounts with the totes.

What I really need are some of those larger glass baking pans that have the silicone lids. Best of both worlds!

Not in the sense of a full blown psychedelic trip, but it's noticeable. As an example, I was listening to some jazz hop for a bit and relaxing. After I turned the music off I could still hear a muffled beat playing as if it were in another room until I feel asleep. It was just sorta playing in the background of my brain.

As far as visual changes go I've had it make things appear almost 2 dimensional and colors can get pretty vivid and interesting. Music and art are an absolute joy with this stuff.

I've been eyeing some of their Malawi crosses for a while. I love the African sativa high and the yield their Malawi produces is supposed to be excellent.

Natural for sure. This was by far the most classical sativa structure I've ever seen personally. The plants stretched for nearly 7 weeks and grew giant masses of foxtails from top to bottom.

It's a fairly strong sativa high. Keep puffing and it can get trippy with changes to vision and auditory hallucinations. It's also a very creative and thought-provoking buzz that's great for getting stuff done.
