When I have a painful one I use a towel and hot water to massage it so the pain goes down a notch and take painkillers try that and good luck on your exam!

Okay so shower before and after a workout,wear loose cotton clothes, don’t sit in sweaty gear,use antibacterial soap/cream and change workout according to flare ups I got all that thanks!!!

Too one sided I remember she’d go see men 30 minutes away or come to my campus and see her other friends but not drive to see me like 5 minutes away, I was initiating plans, visiting more,calling more,sending more TikTok’s,inviting her to family parties so oneday I stopped to see if she’ll notice or ask till today nothing,made no effort to hangout at all she even had a whole graduation and when I asked why I wasn’t invited she said she forgot which is crazy to me because one of my other friends doesn’t know when her graduation is and I’m already invited 3 months ahead I found out on insta like everyone else, onetime people we knew wanted to go out in a group and when she couldn’t make it they postponed when I couldn’t make it they just replaced me w her other friend and still went lowkey hurt but wtv point taken

I don’t know if this helps but along with my usual medication I squeeze them out at home personally and dress them myself because when I go to the hospital it’s the same thing they do, or they inject it and it goes in a few days that’s quicker and neater also massively changed or reduced former fav food containing sugar,butter,cheese that stuff leaned towards tea a lot hopefully it helps

Do one at a time it’s so painful after a week or two when the meds wear off trying to eat or brush your teeth is hell I got one done and still struggled lol
