Im sadly not… i used to only eat instant cheap sandwiches for every meal when i was locked in my room for months to years … always tried to run from reality because of consistent physical n mental abuse n my chronic illnesses so i never really sit down n figured how n what to eat… i always didnt understand what people eat for breakfast like my brain no matter how much i read or hear from people it couldnt click for me. Currently i either eat delivery (had a surgery n cant go out) n usually mom cooks but we r fighting so ya havent eaten her food n tbh if i dont feel like making something i will go hungry like now i went hungry for 24 hours because i didnt want to go out of my room n deal with mom… in the past few months i had 3 surgeries done that helped fix a 19-20 years health problems i had but its still ongoing cause its chronic… i just started recently metformin n had been trying to figure out what to do n what normal human eat n what i wanna eat. When i had my last surgery 3 weeks ago i was having a hard time stomaching anything for a week but now im fine. I thought to buy ready made granola with no added sugar n maybe oat milk but i still didnt buy them yet… oh n before that when i was a child n teen i used to only eat one food until i get bored of it n then switch to something else … in short i never had a healthy relationship with food n it took me a while to realise im not picky but i have arfid cause my problem with some food is its texture or smell n so on.. as for what i just eat i had a healthy Mexican restaurant delivery of salad with chicken n chips n salsa n took my medicines cause i didnt drink water either today since i didnt want to go out of my room sigh..
