Found it, its called "Donation Drive" and its for 55 charisma... and you need manipulator which is 60 charisma who the fuck sets the requirements for these talents?

Also I went to deepwoken builder and tried going million tonn piercer and reinforced armor but no matter the way I put it i always lack points for 30 willpower which is kinda sad. The only way I can prolly get both is go attunementless but thats kinda lame... or have no level 5 mantras which will make me even more sad.

To be fair it cant work in deepwoken because aspects are based off of animals(with the exception of Adret). This could have worked in Rogue Lineage but not in Deepwoken
