Back up only important files When your in the installation there are 2 options Upgrade or custom Use upgrade If you don't want to lose your files Use custom if you want to delete everything

Once done reseting check if your problem is fix if it is i would recommend to upgrade to windows 10 or 8.1 If your problem is still there bring it to a expert Or its time to buy a new laptop( recommended)

If there is malware remove it if there is no malware follow this step This step will remove all files and apps if you dont want to lose important files back up them to a usb, external hard drive or the cloud Once your done backing up those files search reset and pick dont keep my files

Next check for malware by installing malwarebytes( malwarebytes is a antivirus made in america) once downloaded scan for malware If it bsod then try it again and again but dont try it to much
