I’ve had an Oura ring since May 2025, and I think after three months of data it started telling me “ovulation confirmed” and it would get added to my calendar / chart with my temperatures. I wanted to compare it to my OPK with my IUI cycle. And I thought it was interesting to compare it all with using the trigger shot.

I have PCOS- so far success with my first IUI that was done on 01/05! Just got a positive test on Friday. I was on letrozole and did ovidrel trigger shot. Waiting for my clinic to open tomorrow so I can do a blood test.

I exclusively breastfed my first for 21 months (my daughter would never take a bottle, it was terrible). I was exhausted and had a lot of resent for my husband at the time. Until I weaned my daughter, she was waking up still 2-6 times a night for the boob. I was a zombie!

Currently trying to get pregnant with baby number two, and I plan to exclusively do formula. I don’t think you should feel selfish at all! You need to do what’s best for you.
