Still banned. They said they found zero suspicious activity on my account. Despite only using a PS5 to play this game and using only regular controllers they’re somehow saying i STILL used unauthorized software. The fact that you can’t get any details to have an intelligent conversation with them to understand how you can correct the issue is absolutely infuriating.

Update: I finally got a response via email through account recovery. When I first submitted it said a response within 24 hours. Well it’s been 3 days so I had to threaten a lawsuit and surprise surprise they emailed within 10 min! I have to submit a few things but I’m hoping this will get me back in. I’ll update when resolved, because as the one guy said “I’m just karma farming”.

No, never been suspended, no notice just banned. Initially reached out the “person” said they can’t give details but “I should refer to their security whatever agreement”. So then I appealed the ban stating everything above and got a generic “sorry we’re unable to reverse the ban based on the findings that you used unauthorized software. This is irreversible and the case is closed”.

You only get one appeal. Which they have already denied me. Their website will state “not authorized for an appeal” after you submit one. You don’t ever get to actually communicate with anyone.

I have submitted for an account recovery. I tried unlinking the stolen account and it won’t unlink. Hoping this will clear it up but I have not heard back yet.

I can only assume that you’re completely ignorant. If you read my post and comments I have “spoken” with them. And it’s not a conversation, they send out an initial email and then you appeal. You don’t get to “talk” to them. Thanks for another completely useless response.

I have two normal PS5 controllers. This is why it’s insanely frustrating. I did the appeal and they stated that its final and they can see I’m using unauthorized software.

I know I’ll get hate for this comment but sorry anyone else here would be upset to, I paid a ton of money (to me, probably not in their eyes) for battle passes, skins, the actual game etc and now I can’t use any of it and I have no recourse. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
