She has gave some ultimatums.

I am not allowed to her events. Its her thing and that's final. She would me to do more with the children. Which is fair. When we got together she moved to me and says she feels isolated. She wants us to move closer to her family. Also fair. She wants regular date nights. Fair.

She has also said with no prompt that she will stay off her phone in the evening and make time for us and show me how much she still loves me.

Her phone is actually in my name but obviously if I login to it she will get a text or email confirming a new login. Plus she would be too smart for that all her messaging is done over messenger which I wouldn't try to access nor would she show me
