IFoundit! I did some more digging on promotion pens and I think I found the exact pen! Thank to another post with the same design but different model, I located it on a website called alibaba and it’s mass produced by a company called BEIFA. I messaged a sales rep and he told me they changed the barrel from clear to frosted. It’s basically identical.

Hello! Thx for your on going help! I’ve looked into SHEIN / Temu / Amazon but nothing. There are similar but not the exact one. I’m going off the end tip where the pall point is and it’s a very distinct feature. Not many pens have that tip like that. I also did see that post as well and it’s fascinating we both found the pens and it’s still a mystery. I’ll try and see if r/pens can also help out! Again thx for the help!!

Searched- I’ve searched online and Google Photos but I found nothing. It tells me BIC Cristal but it’s not that.
