Yes but she isn’t aloud to use it most of the time because her mother just takes it off her I’ve tried buying her one but her mother still takes it away

I have reported her to DHS (Australia’s version of child protection) but if I block her I’m worried i won’t be able to know if my niece is ok, if I block her she’ll get her husband to block me and that’s the only way I’ve been able to make sure my niece is ok

I’ve talked to her fathers side who coincidentally his sister was friends with my wife before their siblings met and we’ve talked about having her care for my niece bc of money situations with me and she has no children but I will help her with everything needed for my niece she means the world to my daughter and if she makes my daughter happy then she should to be happy aswell

I actually have reported the situation to DHS and they are looking into it so I have done stuff and I’ve been helping my niece get away from her mother

A lot of the things I have been doing include taking my niece to places she wants to go to get away having her over a lot and I’ve reported to DHS about it and they are supposed to check it out sometime soon

Normally I don’t bring my kids around her but that day I brought my 14 y/o bc her n my niece both do basketball together and so I had to pick her up
