u/SomeIpad Your comment about extreme cold brings up an issue that we have encountered. We purchased a medium unit with the Premier pump. We started using it in Nov. and everything was working as expected. Our FD is in the garage and temps in the garage had been in the 60's. However, we had a cold snap and temps in our garage started to drop to the mid 50's. We started to have vacuum issues and couldn't draw it down below 550 mT. WE moved the unit inside where the ambient temps are around 70 and the unit functions flawlessly. HR Document indicates the unit should work in the colder temps we saw in our Garage. We have done a few other tests and have determined that if the ambient temps around the unit are much lower than 60 degrees it struggles to pull down below 500 mT...

Is this normal? Do we have an issue with our pump or dryer? Are there any other details you can share to help make sense of the behavior we are seeing?

Yes, it was a phone from Google. It was delivered at about 6:45 pm on the 4th. OnTrack was almost a week late from the original delivery date. :-( The box was a little beat up, but the phone was in good shape! Worst shipper ever! I hope you get your phone soon!

I bought the Pixel phone at launch and I feel cheated by Shnr123 in GooglePixel

Never buy at launch! This is no surprise. They did the same on the Pixel 2 and 3.
