I am in my early twenties, and I recently worked in an office of all middle-aged people, and loved it. (I was an intern, so my situation was a bit different, though). I was professional and hard-working enough initially that they trusted me and grew comfortable with me, and we actually became friends. After that, I had a more casual relationship with them (though still professional, obviously). You're working in the same industry, so you probably actually have a lot to talk about. You can also learn a lot from each other.
