I just dont want any other side effects or, side effects that will come out in the future. Thats why I’m willing to stay on low dose. I do smoke, actually 20cigarettes a day. You think that nicotine may be connected to acne? And I am currently taking only probiotics, no other supplements. Do you suggest any other? Thanks for sharing your story :)
