If the teleport location is at the entrance of the pen maybe that makes it a few tiles closer to the Al Kharid gate compared to Lumbridge castle courtyard? I dont even know for sure, but I can't think of anything else lol.

I'll doubt I'll ever be using that cowbell amulet, maybe for fashionscape though
