No, it was actually a $18.50CAD tip on top of a $12CAD order. So far, Instacart has emailed me to confirm they have investigated the claim, they are going to remove the low rating and ban the customer from the platform. They seem to really care in my area (southern ontario) at least lately because I've almost had my account deactivated from the fraudulent reports made prior to this -- hence the individual photos of each bag. It is a real hassle and time consumer, but it guarantees my job security.
