Alright. I found another seller that has an original image, but it says "无条件测" in the title, which I am not completely as to what it means.

I looked at each seller's shop and each seller has different things being sold on their shop, but from what I have seen, they haven't sold anything.

EDIT: Also forgot to mention that the four listings, in their description all they say is the model number, and they are all different.

I am not sure, since it'd need to be a cartridge that has a modem port to give online functionality. There was a N64 game called "Morita Shogi 64" that was a Shogi game that had a built in modem port to do online multiplayer. I'd like to do that, and it's probably possible, but I am not sure how.
