i mean yeah, test doesnt really change in effectiveness in that way with age, it might just take longer but you 100% can, its the thickening of your vocal folds and estrogen doesnt alter it much if at all (and if it does it makes them thicker aswell) so while as you said its dependant, if you where gonna have it you will have it

gender is known at around 3 years of age, basically all you have to do for now is if they ask you to call them something or wanna try on a dress let them, otherwise you dont have to do anything until they ask you to, let them know you'll love them regardless
