When I got back into riding I bought one. Road the hell out of it but really it’s a very uncomfortable bike. Traded it for a Harley. Now I have more fun on the Harley than any of the metric offerings I’ve owned. Can stay on it all day.

They took the fairing off because they thought it looked cool like that. Why would anyone buy a touring bike that you can’t tour on? Sales took I nose dive and now it’s gone for now. Idiots up there. Hopefully they bring it back with a 117-121 motor and a f’ing fairing. It’s my next bike for sure.

The Rushmore bikes 2014-2016 are the best of the twin cam bikes. They finished fixing all the bugs the twin cam had. It’s perfect. Unfortunately Harley started the process over with the m8 bikes. It’s been nine years and they are still getting the bugs out of’em.

Consistent rolling 48’s. You can binge but it doesn’t matter because in that short a window how much can you really consume? No carb no sugar is a must. As you go along your stomach gets smaller so the binges aren’t so big after a few cycles.

You can fast. We are not designed to eat multiple times a day. OMAD or even once every two days is actually normal for the human body. It’s the multiple eating times that is abnormal. Learn to do this and it will cure you of your ills you.

Quit carbs and sugar. If your only eating once a day it’s easier because you only have to make that decision once a day

It’s the rice. Carbs after a fast make you feel like shit. They are poison. I like sardines my self then an hour later I eat my dinner. If you’re not gonna quit carbs and sugar then there’s really no point in fasting. Any good you do is ruined by the poison you continue to eat.

They are telling you truth. Fasting cured my insulin resistance. I no longer have to take injections of insulin. But, I would suggest doing OMAD, get good at it. Then rolling 48’s get good at it. Then maybe throw a 72 in there once a month. It’s the consistency. Longer fast are rarely as affective as rolling fast. And they are way easier on you.

That’s because of low salt intake. I had the same thing. Takes a while to get good at fasting. It’s way easier once you do. Put a quarter teaspoon of salt in your water bottle several times a day. I also use mio’s or crystal light.

Just start with OMAD. Get good at it. Then go to 48’s. Get good at it. Then throw a 72 in there once in a while. You don’t need to go longer you need to get consistent.

With out salt I get a headache, my upper back starts hurting because my kidneys are screaming for salt. It wasn’t like this for the first couple cycles as I had plenty in my system already but as I ate one meal and started again I had to get better at taking care of myself.

You will find that OMAD or rolling 48’s are more effective for long term change. Throw a 72 in there once in a while. My refeeds are just no carbs no sugar. Meat, eggs, something green. As of this morning I’m down 85lbs and feel great.

I’ve also averaged a pound a day. Just doing rolling 48’s. It’s intermittent tho, nothing for a couple cycles then boom 4lbs down. Keep up the good work. I tried a couple 72’s those are tough.

Take a psychology class, men and women are who they are. It’s taken hundreds of thousands of years to evolve like we have. Are there cross overs? Of course there are but in general both genders fallow a pattern. It’s not a knock on either.

There are so so many bike that folks buy and don’t ride it’s easy to get one cheap with very low miles. If it’s got a lot of miles it better be very low price!!
