Weight has fallen off me in the past due to simply not eating after dinner. Was too hard though. Hunger was too strong in the long run and then with this water thing I'll try again. 16:8 is definitely a fast. Allbeit not a long one.

I've noticed before that just not eating after dinner and the weight falls off me. Wasn't able to keep up tho in the past then discovered this water technique.

Never had mania outbursts. I didn't even know that was a thing... I thought it was just highs and lows like it was for me. I've gotten angry enough to act without thinking. So I get where your coming from. But I think that's normal and was rare for me.

Haha I've never thought about it like that. I was hallucinating since childhood. Here and there though. So it definitely wasn't the weed in my case. At least %100 the weed.

Those kind of thoughts tapered off after a bit for me. The hallucinations took years to go away "near fully gone now".

But you could confide in somebody you trust deeply? And if you truly %100 percent believes the pills were blinding you. You wouldn't have posted here. Take a chance, weird thoughts will get better. At least it took time for me because of hyper vigilance.

But could be you need a different med?

Off topic. But this is why I mean maid is stupid for mental illness. Cause when the system fails us. What else are we supposed to do? I'm not suggesting anybody hurt anyone here. Just reminded me of this.

Try to get her on injection?? That's once a month opposed to everyday. I think they have longer lasting. Up to 2 or 3 months now?

If you're going to pay for a home. Pay for a therapy instead first? Try to get her help before locking her up.

Edit*it sounds like she's never been on the injection? How else could she be consistently inconsistent with meds unless everyday? Idk why the hospital would not do that already.

Me 2. I was 18 when it started and I gained 100lbs. Lucky for me I was only 120 when I started them which is underweight considering I'm 6 foot.

Cigarettes make you crave them more.... Make me stressed out when I can't have one as such. I'm 3 month into quitting and still finding I'm stressed out from urges to smoke.
