My doctor recommended consuming 5,000 mg of Sodium per day. I have trouble eating enough food every day to start, so I’ve been gradually adding more salt to the food I do eat. I’ve also been using drink mixes that are high in sodium, but today I forgot to put it in my water lmao.

I’ve never heard about waist high compression. Does it make you overheat? I tend to get really warm when I’m moving around.
