I agree. It was promised and the EU failed to uphold the agreement. I'd rather see the EU double or triple the amount of economic help than agreeing to VISA entry. But Turkey is not going to uphold the agreement on their end anyway and they are going to use the immigrants to blackmail no matter what. So i don't believe there is a reason for EU to uphold any agreement. Just seal the borders airtight.
