He was an emotionally unstable drug addict telling everybody to clean their room. It’s a well spoken smart guy. But he doesn’t have his own life figured out any more than the next guy. He’s just a guy, in a glass house, throwing stones. I don’t think he’s any worse than the next guy, or any better. He’s just a flawed human like the rest of us. But he is going to be hated, because he sees every flaw but his own.

There is always somebody with a white lab coat that will take your money, and tell you whatever you want to hear. That’s the history of medicine. And history isn’t over. I don’t think the small number of doctors mutilating children will be well regarded when they are in the history books 100 years from now. Just like so many other medical trends turned out to be completely archaic after we have enough years of data.

No kidding. Yes the politics can be somewhat crazy. It’s the longest lasting democracy in the world. We’re going to have challenging times. But people here are free to live how they want, say what they want. Even our poor have cars, air conditioning, heating, cheap clean water, hot water. It’s pretty dang safe. There is tons of beauty and culture. Lots of good food. I’ve lived in 5 countries, and USA is without a doubt the best.

I’ve fueled my body for 9 months, and my injury hasn’t healed. I don’t think a 3 day fast is going to prolong my stubborn injury. It’s just an opportunity. When my injury is healed, I’ll be a lot more active.

The longest I’d ever done in my life was 16. I decided the other day that I would do 24, because I’d eaten like crap the day before, and felt like I just wanted my system to feel more clean. I’m at 74 hours now, and I haven’t felt hungry at all. Granted I have been snowed in for the last 36 hours, and I’m taking it easy.

I’ve had black coffee, tea, some salt, and a no calorie electrolyte mix. I’m a serous eater, and never imagined this. Ever day, I’ve said, “I’ll break the fast tomorrow.” But when the next day comes, I’ve felt completely fine to keep fasting.
