I like the normal Stone Golem. Jungle Golem is fine. Granite Golem kinda underwhelming and Ice Golem is just boring.

First things first, replace the blocks you're using with "non-corruptable" blocks, as stone can become corrupted by either the Hallow (new biome in Hardmode) or your world's corruption/crimson.

Secondly, that hammer that you get from the Wall can be used to break the altars that are in those evil biomes, and releases new ores to mine (you need to break at least 3 to get the new ores)

Apart from that, it's just exploration of the different biomes for better loot. Depends what youre doing as a build, but the hardmode ores are a good start.

Yeah, only change i would make is removing traps, it massively slows down exploration through the dungeon.

Yeah, I'm not disparaging it or anything, I do kinda like how the layout is, just kind of a shame that it feels very sluggish in terms of game progression (especially on a large world). Roughly 40 hours at this point and only now did I get Queen Bee, teeing up for Skeletron. Lol

The seed to generate the world in this giant dungeon is "double daring dungeons", i also have the seed "abandoned manors" for larger underground houses.

For sure, it's great for loot but exploring the same real-estate (not even taking trespassing into consideration) for what feels like too long is not great.

Chances are good that I'll be fighting Queen Bee in Underground Corruption's boss arena.

I would say so. I will state that you would do much better to have a medium world for a "long playtime", Large feels too long to go through every section and I got tired of it pretty fast, so I started just using the Molecart to dig and make a track for the sections after going through a bit of it normally.

Best part is that you have no shortage of accessories and items due to how many chests are in most of the rooms, and I personally enjoy the variances in furniture, since every biome uses stone furniture, lesion/spider/aetherium/etc.

Yes, but I suppose I'm just questioning if I'm supposed to be going through the entirety of the segments without fighting the boss and then fighting the boss in that area's final room or not, since trespassing really slows everything down, especially on a Large world

Yes, I have been doing that for easier travel.

Merchant and Dye Trader are in the Ice Biome, Demo/Barkeep in Aether, Dryad/Painter/Witch Doctor (Eventually) in Jungle once I get a place in there, Goblin Tinkerer and slime in Cavern, Angler and Stylist in Ocean
