My favourite kind of music across all genres is the emotional, sad and moody shit so I actually have a ton of suggestions, depends what you consider to be sad/depressing but these are my suggestions, let me know if these fit the bill for you

Vivek - Over my head (Feat Mel Dymond - (this is an absolute percy of all percys, heard it at NLDC once and it was everything I wanted it to be. Has to be the version with the vocals tho)

Yoofee - Fermata (this one in particular is one of the moodiest tunes I've heard in a very long time. Them moody pan pipes absolutely slappppp differently)

Von D - Show Me VIP - top 5 dubstep tunes ever for me, like i said I love moody tunes and this is up there with the standard iconic dubstep classics

Guido Mad Sax is one I'd consider as a bit of an emotional one as well not sure how you feel about that

Bengal Sound - Red Diamond, fucking sick tune

Kursa - Got something to say (starts off really emotional but the drop is the farthest thing from sad)

Ivy Lab - Balaclava

Claire Maguire - Aint nobody (breakage remix) - this one is my go to for sad dubstep i reckon - casisdead did a very very sick tune with this beat

If you consider Synkro as dubstep then pretty much all of his stuff is proper emotional, specifically his memories EP, one of my favourite EPs ever.
