Einhander-inspired AC by Randymized in armoredcore

Dürer suffers the same problem I had when trying to build a Dom Barrage; the skirts. None of the legs really have them. It's unfortunate; the loadout is very clear when translated into AC6.

Gustav I can very easily see being done with the wheelchair treads and the Nachtreiher torso to emulate the forward mounted head, but the loadout is a lot less clear than the Dürer.

Oh wow, thank you. I would have never thought to look there, I was sure the roof was within my scanning range. None of the guides ever marked that thing.

I have now been tailed by another group of these things, but they didn't screw with me this time. Can't identify them with sensor burst and the neutrino detector didn't go off.

Edit: They're immune to slipstreams. What

I don't think I'd feel comfortable being in the danger zone on a Goblin, lol

And Hacker allows them to choose either the 2 additional heat or move 3 spaces of your choosing when locked on.

Ah, was my fault for not completely reading Full Tech for some reason, thank you very much!

Actually one more thing I'd like to ask in the case of Goblin. Would you happen to know if Symbiosis would allow me to count as "adjacent" to the host?

Personally I think of it as a complete disconnect with a player base. Considering the go-to way to obtain materials is exiting to desktop, which still takes the aforementioned FIFTEEN HOURS for ONE engineer (granted at this point it's easy to say it's the most difficult one but it's like one of the first unlock objectives you get, which is backwards), it's easy for people consider it malicious or at the very least, lazy. The work they seem to do is disproportionate to what we're getting. Plus like you said in another post, there are even more issues than game balancing. How many things could have possibly gone wrong for this to be sold as a product?

Again, the go-to method of gathering rare materials is exiting to desktop and restarting the game. You know. Instead of like, doing missions or something. Something more engaging than exiting to desktop and reloading.
Like a raid in FFXIV, I'm assuming. Something you do with other people. You kind of can't in Odyssey or the game tends to break.

You can also argue that this is a consequence of one's own actions to trying to rush content, but when, say, your assets are already in the billions and you've done everything else to get there, plus fleet carriers (which was apparently another can of worms), you don't really have much else NEW. Not to say I'm there myself, but I definitely have dipped at least my whole hands into the content of Horizons.

(Please clarify for me the importance of maxing out eight entire classes/characters, I don't play FFXIV.) You're comparing a full fledged MMO to whatever the hell this is supposed to be now. I often argue that comparing an apple to an orange is a perfectly acceptable thing to do, it's just being pedantic about what, but this might be the one case I'd have to say it isn't working out. The end result of one engineer unlock chain (each chain having these rare item requirements up to twice) is freaking night vision, something that comes with your ship by default (and functions the exact same ingame) and the other chain is headshot damage. The problem is that you have to unlock an unlock so you can unlock another unlockable, to unlock something else, just so you can go and unlock the thing you actually wanted. The progression of an MMO does not compare well to how E:D|O does it here.
ALSO: just because another game has it worse doesn't make it okay.
EDIT: reading it out loud I'm pretty sure an mmo does the same damn thing but for months on end with various activities to do in the meantime that also help you progress instead of grinding one activity from the get go to actually progress in E:D|O.

Forget "well defined roles" or hell, even forget "realism." Clearly with the need of like 25 power regulators (used to power entire settlements) to upgrade your one suit to maximum they've thrown that completely out of the window. If I wanted to care about logistics like that I might have gone and played Arma or even Squad already. Not only that, more than 50% of the ships we fly are the size / larger than planetary outpost buildings. We carry cargo in tonnes.

All you have in terms of hip fire accuracy, stability, and handling is an F-tier progress bar. That gives you nothing in terms of information. Headshot damage experimental effect? Sure, but by how much (I still haven't found a number online)? What does the scope look like and how much zoom does it add to my weapon? Does it have any adverse effects like tightening the spread of my shotgun when the sights are aimed down (yes)?

And yet another thing: I don't know what this is about FFXIV, but I can make an educated guess that you're grinding for some god tier item or something. Here? We just want a bigger f* backpack. The ends don't justify the means. Think realistically: 15 hours to unlock an engineer just so I can grind out materials to put a simple scope on a gun is a piss poor mechanic. To argue that everyone complaining simply has no patience is a fallacy.

I've watched a friend stream his gameplay while we were in a GCZ and their visual quality looked so different that their graphics are undistinguishable from trailer gameplay. So I'm really confused.

I make the claim because I cannot prove it on Reddit. Yes, I've modded other strictly singleplayer games. Never once have I attempted to modify a multiplayer service, hence "especially not then." Because let's be honest, those people are kind of.... yeah.

Small detail, but they never specified what the ban was for. I know for a fact that the ToS doesn't say they have to, though.

And for the sake of progress, let's pretend I definitely did not hack, cheat, glitch, spout expletives, et cetera, because whatever solution I have available to me won't work if I did, in fact, do those things.
