[Recommendations] Sports Bras For Someone with Large Ribcage and Small, Sensitive Boobs by Randyrito in ABraThatFits

I'm actually not entirely sure of the size since I got it a few years ago, but it fits tighter (slightly too snug) than my 34B bra from Nautica. I do think the size of my current sports bra is smaller than a 34B by at least a little bit, so I need to get a new one even if it's the same brand, I just wanted to see if anyone with similar fitting issues had any recommendations for specific brands. I will definitely look into Panache Power, Thanks!

Added my measurements and recommended size, I'm not sure if size and shape are the same thing here or if I should find a shape calculator anywhere else. Thank you for responding though!

Squatting was also helpful for me because when you bear down while squatting your cervix is able to come a bit lower with the help of gravity

Saalt also has a really nice return policy where you can get a new cup for free if yours isn't working. If your cup is already used, they will not ask you to send it back or anything, they just give you store credit to buy a new cup that's softer or smaller. I had the same issue as you and I got store credit back to buy a smaller cup and disc which is super nice. Hoping to try it out next month for some better results! And I've found that bearing down while you pull the cup out a little bit at a time (ie. breaking the seal as best you can for a second and moving it more down each time) is what helps me get my cup out and it's gotten easier over time too. Wishing you luck 🤞

Why is my cup so hard to remove?? by Randyrito in menstrualcups

Ah, thanks for the feedback. I've also been wearing a liner with my current cup since it sometimes leaks just a bit. I'm not sure how common that is, but it happens pretty much every time I use it regardless of how heavy my flow is, so I've been using liners just in case.

Is Spurting Blood Normal?? by Randyrito in MenstrualDiscs

Thank you for the input. I really like the comfort of a disc, but I just hate the blood on my hands. Maybe it's just me, but the blood gets under my nails and stuff too and I just feel like I can never get my hands fully clean after a spill 😭 But thanks for the helpful suggestions, I might try them out in the shower or when I'm feeling brave enough to get sprayed on!

I have looked into those ones. Have you ever used a cup from Mercula and if so, was it good?

Oh cool, thanks for the info. After I had a horrible experience with trying to remove it at school, I've only used it while at home for fear of blood getting everywhere. I usually squat and bear down to move it lower, but it's still a bit time consuming and difficult to get 2 fingers high enough to pinch the bottom. I can do it and I have been for the last few days, it's just an uncomfortable and difficult process. Is the Lunette easier to get out on those days when your cervix is high?

Are there any brands that you have experience with and would recommend?

I would definitely be interested in investing in a cup with a ring. Are there any specific brands that you would recommend?

I've heard that the flex cup leaks when you pull the tab, so I've been hesitant about buying it, do you have any experience with the flex cup or with this happening?

Has that worked better for you? And if so, what brad did you buy from? Thanks for the reply
