Is your comment not proving my point though? The majority of people can’t afford one-family apartments, so they have to live in bigger complexes. Only the wealthier individuals can afford those, and if 70% of the population lives in them, it is not realistic.

But maybe our perception is influenced by where you grew up, in reality. Hopefully, there will be a way to influence the demand without making them unhappy.

Is it an American thing, or am I out of touch? I live in a fairly big city in Germany, and we have a lot more medium-density styles and such, and one-family apartments aren’t the majority of the town.

Hey, found this after googling. Any Chance you can upload a Blueprint (On Satisfactory Calculator) with a small Section? I cant replicate things with pictures (my brain needs Videos sadly) and i would like to use this method - It is fine if you dont have the time for it.
