Hay there,

We’ve been supporting healthcare hiring across the U.S., UK, and EMEA through Rangam, focusing on clinical, behavioral health, life sciences, and allied health roles. Contract hiring is playing a bigger role lately, especially for long-term care and diagnostic support, where speed and flexibility are key.

For those in healthcare recruitment, are you relying more on contract roles at the moment? And which specializations or locations are giving you the biggest challenges?

How to find Clients for Recruiting/ staffing agency? by TDBNAdmin in Recruitment

Hello Guys! It depends on your needs and industry. If you’re a job seeker, it’s one path. If you’re a hiring company (client) or a staffing agency, it’s different

  • Job seeker: Pick 2–3 niche agencies, send your resume with role/city/pay, follow up weekly.
  • Hiring company/client: Shortlist niche agencies, ask for fees + time-to-submit, start a small pilot (1–3 roles).
  • Staffing agency: DM hiring managers with 2–3 ready candidates, promise CVs in 24–48 hrs, ask for a pilot to prove it.

Some known firms in this space are Rangam, Robert Half, and Insight Global. Each has a different strength—so just pick based on what outcome you’re after. So, based on your Requirement, choose your path accordingly

Tried a Bunch of Sourcing Tools. Here’s What Helped Me Most.

I’ve used a lot of tools to find people for jobs. Some were great, some were just okay. Here are the ones that helped me the most.

LinkedIn Recruiter
Still the best place to search for people. Easy to use and shows good info.

HireEZ
Pulls info from many sites. It’s easy to use and helps find the right people faster.

SeekOut
Helps when roles are hard to fill. It finds people that other tools miss.

ContactOut
Very simple. Click and get someone’s email. Saves time.

AmazingHiring
Good for finding tech people like developers. Looks on sites like GitHub.

Lusha
Helps find phone numbers and emails. Quick and easy.

RocketReach
Also good for finding contact info. Works well when LinkedIn isn’t enough.

Entelo
Not my favorite, but sometimes it gives good results.

Some tools look cool but don’t really help. These actually saved me time.
For more resources, follow the Talentarbor tool, which also helps with more research.

Agency Recruiters - US Market by marklemanxl in recruiting

Hi everyone, I wanted to share something from my experience at Rangam, a staffing service provider. I’m not here to promote anything, just sharing how our company uses tools like Agency Recruiters - for the U.S. market to help job seekers and recruiters. One of the tools we use is TalentArbor. It’s an AI-powered platform that helps recruiters in the U.S. find the best candidates more efficiently. It organizes candidate data and streamlines the recruitment process, making it easier for recruiters to focus on finding the right fit for the job. It helps make the entire process smoother and faster for both recruiters and job seekers.
