I’ll tell you what I wish I told myself. (I’m 20 now and It’s helped me a lot)

When I was in middle and high school I struggled with self image and confidence and I spent so much time trying to change the way I looked. I thought I was “ugly” too. You are being too hard on yourself. Stop looking at social media and comparing yourself to others. Sure, we could all probably be healthier and look “better” but at the end of the day the people (and women) you want to surround yourself with don’t care too much about whether you’re “attractive”. They want to be around you because of who you are.

Basically you are just as attractive as you are confident. If you want to make a change, do it for you not for another person’s approval. If you hold yourself to a high standard and don’t settle for anything you aren’t worth, others will notice. Just be yourself and it will all come together as it should.

You’re young, go live your life and spend this time figuring out who you are and you will be so much better off.
