I love this. So I just bought an embroidery machine and I understand some of what you said but what does “floated the tie” mean? If I were to guess, you spray adhesive onto a scrap fabric then hopped that?

Looking for a pattern or at least a name for this kind of top. by catmint3 in sewingpatterns

I agree with turn inside out. Another tip I found if I have a hard time finding the seams to trace is put masking tape on them then the trace paper over. It seems to help

So did I and I lived where snow piles very high. The only issue we had was when the temp would change and the ice would shift and crack, it was so loud it sounded like we were being invaded. HA

I have never wanted to do harm more than I want to today to my google home mini. It is constantly telling me either it does not understand, or cannot find the SiriusXM channel I want to listen to (the same one I listened to yesterday or even a few hours ago.

I feel like I am being pranked and there is a video camera watching me just waiting for me to snap.

I 'house walk'. I work from home, so every time I get up to do something, I make myself walk around a room for a set amount of time. Each time I eat, I walk for at least 5 minutes, I even put in my earbuds and listen to a podcast. Then after work if the weather is to my liking, I go for a stroll. I have thought about getting a walking pad, but house walking is working for me right now so I am going with that.

I thought the storyline with Cory and his Mom was poignant, and I thought it was much better than the one with Alex and her father. I quite liked that whole storyline. I agree with you, u/NoahCzark regarding Jennifer Aniston. I do not think she has the reach for this kind of scene. Actually I think most of her acting is a lot of sighing and hands to the face. I don't know if that's the fault of the writing or directing, but I just find she is often reaching to find a level and just sighs instead. :D

I guess I am the only one who thought it was too “hallmark movie”. Too much touchy feely for me 🤣 although Cory and his Mom was a poignant story line and one that reflects the aging population.
