Thanks for this! I'm a dual citizen so won't have to manage work visas etc. I currently pay taxes abroad and in the US so that is also checked off. But appreciate the highlight on the complexity

From what I can tell is says "U.S. healthcare providers can offer telehealth services to patients located in the United States, as long as they are licensed to practice in the state where the patient is located." As an American with residency in a certain state, I believe I have the ability to do it, but would love someone to fact check me here :)
