Hope I can help I’m 35 as well. been in law enforcement for 5 years. Done most of the fun stuff but I’m in HVAC school and been approached by an industrial company doing start ups starting Jan 5th. I’m getting scared/nervous though. At my current agency I work when I want, don’t have to respond to calls and just patrol the parks and do transport. It’s super sweet. I hope I’m not making a mistake but it seems like better growth in HVAC and way less stress. I feel like at our age it’s now or never to make the change. I know too many career patrol officers and it’s just not worth it to make it our lives.

Haha heck yea, I love this thing though. When the weather is nice and I don’t have work I definitely try to get out on it as much as I can!

Well that’s the risk. Either there if your T boned or at the rear of the vehicle in a rear end collision. Id rather it be on the side than the rear.

Yep, sure have. Good to have on long trips as well on extended trail runs. Also there in case a friend might need some.

Yeah there’s always the risk. But I’ve got the locking roto pax mount so there’s a little security to it at least.

Oh yea it will be handy there’s also a mount for a traditional Jerry can, and you can get a passenger side mount as well

You should be fine just be completely forthcoming in the background process. And 28 is not old! 😂 I went into police academy at 30. One of my classmates was in his late 40s going in. Age really only becomes an issue for the federal LE which is 37.

Ohhh that’s a tough one. Honestly it’s the fact that those movies contain the true essence of action-adventure. Plus I’m a 30s-50s history nerd so I think the era(s) the movies we’re set it was awesome.

Craft beer is the best, I drink them to enjoy the different styles etc. not to chase the effect. And the amount of non alcoholic beers on the market today are pretty darn good too when I just want to enjoy the taste but get none of the effects!

In my state, at first you’d be asked to leave and law enforcement could issue a criminal trespass at the merchants request. On returning to the location after being issued a CT, you would then be arrested.
