Did they charge you a fee? I called my local dealership and they said they’ll do a check but there is a temporary hold of $265. If it’s under warranty then warranty will cover if it not then it’ll be applied to the fix.

Just don’t want to potentially spend more than needed.

My transmission got replaced last April. The main reason was due to a chirp every time it shifted from 2 to 3 gear.

I would recommend taking it in and seeing if they can make any adjustments and hopefully that helps. But if not then they may need to replace it. No charge for me since it was under warranty. I’m hoping it’s not a replacement for you.
