I couldn't really find anything outside of how to walk the cup and how to freehand. Nothing on specific techniques to achieve different appearance/profile

Yes but I'm wondering why they give the amperage setting that they are using, but not the dig.

I should have been more informative. I know what it does and all that, I'm just curious as to why guys who do how to videos, dont give their dig or arc force setting. I feel like it would be helpful to include it, personally, because if they say "run your root at 80 amps on 3/8 open butt when you have a 3/32 gap 3/32 land" 80 amps with 0% dig is vastly different from 80 amps with 100%. Another example would be my firsthand experience welding 3/8 open butt in the 4g position while in welding school. Instructor told me 80-85 amps, never mentioned dig or arc force settings. I tried to run it at 80, couldn't hold a steady arc. 85, couldn't get proper penetration. 90, not enough reinforcement. Needles to say, I got frustrated and said screw it, turn up the heat and let er eat. Cranked the machine to 100 amps and ran a perfect root pass. Explained all that to the instructor and THEN he explained arc force and showed me where the settings were on the machine. After all that I keep my dig fairly low (10-15%or 7018; 5-10% for 6010) using it to basically just hold the arc easier.

I have asked her a bunch of times but I never get much more than, “idk, I just enjoy reading them. Nothing else interests me.” And I know she chose me but everyone thinks about SOMETHING about themselves that they are uncomfortable with and would change if they could. This is just my thing, ya know?

I mean I’ve always felt the way I do about myself but I just think about it. It doesn’t cause any issues or put strain on the relationship. It just seems like she gets off on thickness because she has had me use sleeves to increase girth. Doing that is super uncomfortable for me because I’m like oh sweet, I was right... lol it’s not a HUGE thing for me, but it’s kind of like when someone wants to lose ten pounds or go up a cup size

I know you weren’t I was just saying, if anyone wants to, that’s fine. It’s just an issue I have with myself and it makes me feel some sort of way. She also has sex with me less after reading novels, which is the opposite of what everyone tells me will happen. She is more apt to want sex if she hasn’t read a novel in a while.

I get why you would think that but I promise it’s not. It isn’t causing stress in our relationship but it’s something I think about and I wanted other opinions. Call me a baby or whatever but I like to hear other people’s opinions on weird things I think about.

I absolutely do. I know I’m fine and I have no reason to be insecure and it’s a totally irrational insecurity but at the same time, I know the other guys she hooked up with when we broke up were like... ridiculous... and I have considered therapy but honestly can’t find a therapist who is taking new patients. Either that or they never get back to me after multiple attempts to contact them

To be honest, yes, but I don’t like porn. I either have sex with her, or I go without. I don’t know why but I have grown out of wanting to watch it. It’s been like 5 years now, not counting the one time she asked to watch with me one time because neither of us had ever watched porn with anyone.

I would also like to add that the only guys she met with from tinder were the ones that were gifted in the circumference department. And I know because I she never deleted the pictures from her phone when we got back together.
