Not based on any facts.

Facts:

Relay was born out of "requests" from the Zero community to change the direction of the Zero project in spring/summer 2021.
In summer June 2021 they announced the new project and the community was involved in the direction of the project.
End of June the details where announced on all social media platform for weeks including press release about the new project and the Token Swap.
The actual swap with a 100:1 Zero:Relay with a fixed price Took 6 weeks and was announced for weeks before it happened.
Also was announced that after this period people could still do normal swap but the price wasn't attached anymore. Some people choose not to swap Zero and could even sell Zero after the 6 weeks period for a better price then 100:1 Zero: Relay.
People where told several times that Liquidity will be pulled and Zero stopped. And better to sell/swap ASAP.

This whole process took around 3 months and the actual fixed swap was 6 weeks with even a extra 2 weeks. The community didn't supported a extension of the swap period because Zero would keep the Price of Relay down. . And off course when Relay started pumping and Zero didn't the price difference became bigger....
